The Mac App Store Sandbox

Today, June 1st, is Sandbox day on the Mac App Store. After this point, all new submissions to the store must implement sandboxing, and updates to non-sandboxed software already available on the store must either implement sandboxing, or include only bugfixes.

Earlier today Erica Sadun at TUAW posted an article about Apple potentially rejecting applications from the Mac App Store that use "global hotkeys".
